Acceptance of terms
By using the Rolvica website or a Rolvica product, a person agrees to use the relevant service responsibly and in line with these terms.
Scope of Rolvica services
These terms apply to the website and products provided by Rolvica Limited (RC 9737739), including Rolvica, Rolvica MultiEmail, Rolvica Job Radar, Rolvica Axis, Ndarica, Rolvica Reach, Rolvica WhatsApp Agent, MatchSenseAI and RITB where a product or service is made available.
Product development and availability
Products may be in development, testing or limited release. Public information describes the current confirmed stage and does not promise availability, access or future features.
Eligibility
A person should use a service only when they can lawfully agree to these terms and meet any product-specific requirements made available with that service.
Accounts and security
Where an account or connected service is available, users are responsible for accurate information, protecting their access details and notifying Rolvica about suspected unauthorised use.
Responsible use
Services must be used lawfully, carefully and only for their intended purpose. Users remain responsible for decisions and actions they take using product information or tools.
Prohibited activities
Users must not misuse services, interfere with their security, attempt unauthorised access, use another person’s account without permission, or use a service in a way that is unlawful or harmful.
Intellectual property
Rolvica’s website, product names, visual material, software and other original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer those rights to users.
User-provided information
Users are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate, lawful and appropriate to share. They should not provide information they are not entitled to use.
Third-party services
Products may connect with third-party services or platforms. Those services have their own terms and practices, and users remain responsible for reviewing them before connecting or using them.
Rolvica Agent
A business must have authority to connect and use the WhatsApp Business account it provides to Rolvica Agent. Businesses remain responsible for their communications and use of the Agent, and should maintain appropriate human oversight and control. Use must comply with applicable WhatsApp and Meta platform requirements. Agent availability may depend on third-party platform services, and Rolvica does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party platform availability.
Product changes and availability
Rolvica may change, pause or discontinue a website feature or product capability as products develop. Rolvica will not represent unfinished or unavailable functionality as public access.
Disclaimers
Services and information are provided on the basis available at the time. Rolvica does not promise that a service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Product-specific conditions
Rolvica remains in concept development and does not promise a public platform, account or release date. Rolvica Axis remains in research and product planning and does not promise public access, availability or outcomes. Job Radar does not guarantee employment, interviews, application success or job availability. MultiEmail users must have authority to connect and manage every email account they authorise, and remain responsible for reviewing automated actions.
Reach depends on devices, permissions, internet connectivity and supported operating-system capabilities. Emergency communication must not rely solely on Reach. MatchSenseAI analysis is informational, does not guarantee sporting or betting results, and is not encouragement to gamble.
RITB is currently private paper testing. It does not guarantee profit, and financial loss is possible if future live functionality is ever enabled. Separate explicit risk acceptance will be required before any future live use. Ndarica is subject only to these confirmed general terms while product details are still developing.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Rolvica is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a website or product. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Rolvica may suspend or end access where this is reasonably necessary to protect people, products, security or compliance, or where these terms are materially breached.
Privacy
The Privacy explains how personal information may be handled across the website and products.
Changes to the terms
Rolvica may update these terms as services develop. The current version and its update date will appear on this page.
Governing framework
These terms are provided by Rolvica Limited (RC 9737739). They are intended to operate within the mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to the relevant use.
